There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
My father's career meant that my family lived many places, even in Europe and the Middle East. I know the trials and triumphs of selling and buying a home, and of moving and relocating. I assist my clients through this process with knowledge and understanding.
My own earlier career in executive management at a bank for fifteen years and then as a consultant to financial institutions for seven years, instilled in me the need to provide personal service in a highly professional manner. I also acquired experience in marketing, advertising and negotiating during these years.
My love of the beautiful Central Coast of California makes it a joy for me to keep abreast of and share information with my clients about or area and our current real estate market. I have been helping clients buy and sell homes here since 1996 and know our area very well.
